ByteForge grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use DashCam on your own Android devices.

This license is for personal and commercial driving use only and does not grant you any ownership or intellectual-property rights in the software.

All source code, object code, designs, icons, images, text, and other assets included in DashCam are the exclusive property of ByteForge and are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing or downloading the app gives you a right to use it — not to own or redistribute it.

DashCam is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
ByteForge makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You assume all responsibility for its use.


5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ByteForge or its contributors be liable for any damages, data loss, or consequences arising from the use or inability to use DashCam, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.


6. Updates and Support

ByteForge may release updates or bug fixes from time to time.
Such updates are provided at our discretion and may be subject to additional terms.
Support is provided on a best-effort basis via the contact channels listed in the app and documentation.


7. Termination

Your license to use DashCam ends automatically if you violate these terms.
You may also terminate it at any time by uninstalling the app and deleting all copies.


8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of your country of residence, unless local law requires otherwise.
